160 Folsom is the highly anticipated follow up to Tishman Speyer’s LUMINA and Infinity luxury high rise view developments. As part of the massive Transbay District renovation slated to bring 4,400 new homes to downtown San Francisco, this project was originally known as Block 1. It has now been confirmed that the 400-foot tower will launch under the name Mira in October 2019, and will offer 392 condos with studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and three-bedroom homes, including 20 Penthouse homes on the top five floors of the building and six townhomes facing Clementina Street on the north side of the building. Located at the corner of Folsom and Spear, MIRA will offer residents a wide range of luxury waterfront-view homes with a mix of affordable and market-rate homes interspersed among the higher end units. The building is only a few blocks from the new Salesforce Transit Center and Park, which acts as a central meeting point in the 40 acre district. Convenient commutes via new public transportation and close proximity to all the action of Soma, Yerba Buena and South Beach make Mira one of the hottest properties in 2019. Campuses of new city residents like tech giants Apple, Facebook, Google, and Salesforce are in close proximity, along with a wide selection of the city’s best restaurants, boutiques, and cafes. MIRA’s twisting, turning facade was designed by world renowned architect Jeanne Gang, and will be an architectural standout in downtown San Francisco. The project calls for approximately 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail and offers easy access to Rincon Park and the Embarcadero and bay. Expected pricing ranges for the first release are as follows: One bedrooms (658 – 832 sq. ft.) are expected to start in the $1 million range; Two bedrooms (1091 sq. ft.) in the lower half of the tower will likely start in the $1.1 million range; Corner two bedroom units (1,107–1,491 sq. ft.) will start in the high $1.6 million range; Signature city and water view two bedroom units (1,392 – 1,534 sq. ft.) will likely start in the $2.2 million range; and corner two bedroom tower homes with unobstructed water and bay bridge views will start in the $2.6 million range. To get access to the most favorable units, please contact us directly. We would be happy to discuss the pre-market launch and discuss specific floorplans and signature/corner-unit offerings before the general release of the information and sales offering. ► Features: - Rooftop Lounge Area - Landscaped Courtyard - Children's Playroom - Conference Room - Dog Washing Station - Valet Parking - Bike Parking & Maintenance Area - Electric Car Charging Station
